OFFICE OPENING COVID-19 UPDATE

Whilst our door may be closed our office is ‘open’ for business as usual.

As recommended by Government, due to recent events regarding COVID-19, Paul Wright & Co will be implementing a “working from home” policy starting from 23/03/2020 as a precautionary measure. Our contact details are as below and as such we look forward to offering you our services.

What does this mean for you?

For Paul Wright & Co it is mainly business as usual. All our systems can be accessed remotely so there is no change to the service we provide to you, either via email or telephone. If you could please use email as the preferred method of communication that would be greatly appreciated.

How long will this be for?

At this moment in time, we are honestly unsure. We will, of course, continue to monitor the situation and inform you of any other changes as and when they arise.  Updates will be made via Facebook and our website www.paulwright.co.uk

What about Appointments / Inspections (Sales & Lettings)?

Start tenancies and lease conclusions will continue where possible and subject to specific terms which will be confirmed prior to any appointment.

Sales valuations and viewings will continue where possible subject to specific terms which will be confirmed prior to any appointment.

All routine rental inspections will be suspended indefinitely.

Rent payments can no longer be accepted in person. Online payments and debit card payments can now only be accepted. Please call the office to make a debit card payment or request our online banking details.

Any tenant experiencing financial difficulty is requested to notify the office at the earliest opportunity prior to their rent due date so that details relating to any arrangements can be agreed.

What about Maintenance / Contractors / Repairs?

Please continue to report essential repairs or maintenance issues in the usual manner. These will be assigned as normal although may be subject to delay should they not be an emergency.

Please can we take this opportunity to say, we wish you all the best in this difficult time ahead, to thank you for your understanding and remember to stay safe!
